History of MAN in Denver
From Father Ted Hesburgh inviting 25 black alumni to the University to begin the process of assisting the attraction and retention of black students to Notre Dame in 1985, to Hispanic students finding camaraderie in the offices of Professor Julian Samora, who founded the Mexican American Graduate Studies Program at Notre Dame in 1971, to the founding of the Asian & Pacific Islanders organization in the late 1990s and the Native American Alumni of Notre Dame in 2004, the minority alumni of ND have grown and strengthened. Today, the numbers of minority alumni in Denver are not so few. Help us identify ourselves and determine our future direction! Read more >>
