DESCRIPTION:Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of the month are are located at St. Vincent de Paul School at 6:00 p.m.

The meetings are open to all interested members and we encourage everyone toattend.

In July, although we took a break from our regular meeting, we held two of our signature events: the Bishop Evans Golf Tournament and the Summer Send-Off Picnic. We will get a full update at our next meeting, but the early report is that both events were very well received. Many thanks to those who volunteered and/or participated!
 
With August almost upon us, it is time to reconvene our regular board meetings. We will continue in the same manner as last year: 6pm every second Tuesday of the month in the Garden Room at St. Vincent de Paul. I know that in years past we have come together for a separate retreat at the end of the summer. However, this year, I would like to instead to expand our first regular meeting to a longer session in lieu of the separate retreat meeting. So, our only meeting for August will be Tuesday, August 14th at 6pm.
 
Prior to the meeting, I would love to hear your thoughts on:
 
1) New ideas and focus areas for the 2012-2013 year
2) Specific areas of the club that you would like to be involved in or lead

I will send out an agenda in the coming weeks to help guide us through the August meeting. In the meantime, feel free to contact me if there is anything I can assist with.
