Stories from Colorado
A Fiction Compilation From Our Own Mile-High Matt Hudson
Matt Hudson, a 2000 ND grad and a member of the Notre Dame
Club of Denver, recently compiled and edited a collection
of short stories and stand-alone novel chapters written by
Colorado-based authors. The book is called Please Stay
on the Trail: A Collection of Colorado Fiction. The authors
range from Colorado Book Award winner and Denver poet laureate
Chris Ransick, to Alison Flowers, a recent Regis graduate.
The book retails for $12.95, but Matt is offering it to Notre
Dame Club of Denver members and friends for a reduced price
of $10. $2 from the sale of each book will be donated to our
club’s Young Alum Charity, the Kiruweni
Fund, which provides funds for supplies for a small rural
African School. What a great gift for friends, transplanted
Coloradans, or visitors! To order a book, please send Matt
an e-mail at black_ocean_2005@hotmail.com
or call him at 303-589-0009. To learn more about the Kiruweni
fund, contact us at info@nddenver.com.
